Take a close look at these photos of Anthurium House. I don’t want my guests to have any surprises when it comes to the layout, condition and cleanliness of our property, so I’ve included photos from every angle. The condo was almost completely renovated in October 2017 and received new furniture, bedding, stainless steel appliances, paint, ceiling fans, lighting, art and décor. In 2019, we installed luxury vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen, baths and bedroom and replaced the cabinet fronts for an updated look. While the countertops are still original, the unit is very clean and clutter free.

Many Maui properties either lack personality or are cluttered and overdone in Hawaiian décor. When we purchased Anthurium House, we wanted to offer guests a more minimal and modern approach to Hawaiian living. The unit features driftwood, succulents, sea glass and Maui photography on canvas throughout.
